• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• For professional products: hold valid healthcare practitioner credentials

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Healthcare Professional Verification

Certain products are restricted to verified healthcare professionals only. By registering as a healthcare professional, you confirm that you hold valid registration with the appropriate regulatory body (GMC, GPhC, NMC, or equivalent) and are authorized to purchase professional medical products.

5. Prescription Products

Some products require a valid prescription. By ordering prescription-only medicines, you confirm that you have a valid prescription from a registered healthcare provider. We reserve the right to verify prescriptions before fulfilling orders.

6. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of medical products, returns are only accepted for unopened, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Prescription medicines cannot be returned once dispensed. Please contact our customer service team for return authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

River Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
